Following a request from the Savannakhet Province authorities in Laos, the Da Nang Department of Information and Communications (DDIC) has introduced its Base Transceiver Station (BTS) management software to the Laos locality.

The DDIC and Savannakhet’s Department of Post and Telecommunications have also entered into a cooperation agreement on information technology (IT).

Savannakhet is especially concerned to boost the State management of the BTS’s operation and the Internet, and to develop human resources for their local IT sector.
