According to the city’s Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the highest and lowest New Year bonuses from Da Nang’s joint-stock firms with state-owned shares will be 10.8 million VND and 200,000 VND/person respectively.  It was also announced that the maximum bonuses for Lunar New Year (Tet) at these firms will be 300 million VND/person whilst the minimum will be 300,000 VND/person.

Local State-owned enterprises will pay highest and lowest New Year bonuses of 7.6 million VND and 100,000 VND/person respectively.  Meanwhile, the highest and lowest Tet bonuses will be 30 million VND and 500,000 VND/person respectively.

The highest New Year bonus to be paid by local private businesses, joint-venture companies and joint-stock firms with non-state-owned shares will be 90 million VND/person and the lowest will be 100,000 VND/person.  In addition, the highest and lowest Tet bonuses will be 50 million VND and 500,000 VND/person.

With regard to the local FDI enterprises, the maximum New Year bonus will be 25.8 million VND/person, and minimum 100,000 VND/person, whilst the highest and lowest Tet bonuses will be 146 million VND and 1 million VND/person respectively.
