Importance will also be given to improving the professional skills of management staff involved in the civil engineering sector.  Most notably, the Institute’s members have been involved in researching and introducing new construction technologies to the construction of the city’s large-scale projects including the Thuan Phuoc and Rong (Dragon) bridges and the overpass at the Hue T-Junction.

On the same day, the DCEI and 6 design consultancy and civil engineering construction companies and project developers jointly entered into cooperation agreements on transfers of new civil engineering technologies.  In addition, the DCEI gave scholarships to students from the city’s University of Technology.
