Accelerating progress of creating coastal footpaths

The Da Nang People’s Committee has issued Document No 1806 /UBND-QLDT on accelerating the progress of creating beach walkways in Ngu Hanh Son District in order to allow public access to beaches easily.

 

Especifically, the municipal Management Board of Traffic Project Investment and Construction has been urged to complete the creation of a coastal footpath at the end of coastal Ho Xuan Huong Street in My An Ward soon in order to ensure that the work can officially open to public on 29 March.

In addition, the Board is responsible for completing investment procedures relating to a beach walkway project at between the Furama Resort Danang and the Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex in Khue My Ward.

Work is slated to start on the project in June and to be completed on 2 September.

Notably, work will start on another beach walkway on the southern side of the Future Property Invest tourism on 2 September, and it is expected to be completed in December.

As for the other on the northern side of the Song - Danang Beach Villas project, the district authorities will cooperate with the project’s developer to complete the work before 19 May in case of the project’s developer agreeing to create the walkway.

In case of the project’s developer not agreeing to implement, the Management Board will be responsible for creating the beach walkway and putting it into use before 2 September.  

Besides, the Ngu Hanh Son District authorities have been urged to work with the municipal Department of Construction and the developer of the Hoang Dat Silver Shores Exceptional International Entertainment project to speed up the creation of a coastal footpath on the southern side of the project in a bid to ensure that the work can officially open to public on 29 March.

Last but not least, work will start on a beach walkway on a trial basis between the southern side of the Sao Bien public bathing area and the coastal footpath at between the Furama Resort Danang and the Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex in Khue My Ward in July.

The work is slated to be opened to the public by late this year.
