Over 3 million online payment transactions on National Public Service Portal

Since the online payment system was officially launched on the National Public Service Portal in March 2020, until mid-October 2022, more than 3 million online payment transactions were conducted on the portal with an amount of over US$3 billion.

Groups of online payment services for citizens on the National Public Service Portal include payment of fees and administrative charges, personal tax, voluntary social insurance and health insurance according to the household, registration fees on land and properties, traffic violation fines, electricity bills, hospital fees, and advance of court fees.

As for businesses, online payment services consist of payment of fees and administrative charges, corporate tax declaration and payment, payment of compulsory social insurance, health insurance and occupational accident insurance, administrative fines, electricity bills, and advance of court fees.

According to the latest statistics, from September 20 - October 20, the National Public Service Portal had more than 370,000 registered accounts, more than 12 million state sync records, over 689,000 implementation of utility services on the portal, more than 739,000 online profiles made from the portal, and over 300,000 online payment transactions with the amount of more than VND234 billion.

As accumulated from its launching to mid-October 2022, the National Public Service Portal has had more than 3.2 million registered accounts, 828 million visits to inquire about information and services, over 142.8 million state sync records, more than 7.7 million implementations of utility services, along with more than 5.6 million online profiles made from the portal.
