Following recent approval from the Da Nang authorities, an Arts-Culture Intermediate School will be built in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune as soon as possible at a total cost of over 72 billion VND.  The construction cost will come from the national and the city's budgets.

The construction work will be implemented from now until 2016 and it will be divided into 2 phases.  Funded by the city's budget, the 1^st phase of the project will focus on site clearance and compensation, along with building the school’s fences and gates.  The cost of the 2^nd phase, building the school itself, will be funded by both the national and the city’s budgets.

The new school aims to upgrade the Art-Cultural Pro-Intermediate School of Da Nang into a college in the near future.  The school will also play an important role in training high-quality human resources in aspects of culture, arts, and tourism, as well as improving the professional skills of its music and fine arts teachers, and those who are working in the above-named aspects in the city and the neighbouring localities.
