VN to become Japan's software application partner

Around 40 Japanese software corporations said that they are interested in Viet Nam’s market, seeing it a promising destination for the development of software applications for smart phones.

According to Japanese software developers, expenditures o­n IT human resources in Viet Nam account for o­ne tenth of the figure in Japan, becoming an advantage in terms of stable supply of manpower.

As scheduled, a Japanese delegation will arrive in Viet Nam this October to search for software development opportunities.

The Vietnamese Government has defined IT as o­ne of the key pillars to fuel economic growth and plans to train around o­ne million engineers by 2020.
