Many rustic dishes are available on the buffet counter at the Cham Restaurant such as ‘banh loc’ (steamed clear tapioca cakes in banana leaves), ‘banh beo’ (Vietnamese bloating fern-shaped cake attachment), ‘banh nam’ (rice dumpling wrapped in banana leaf), Quang noodles, chicken rice or noodles.

To have fun, many diners choose to enjoy a plate of ‘banh loc’ made from cassava combined with a smooth, fatty filling from shrimp and green beans. Besides, ‘banh beo’ is also popular thanks to its thin, flexible, hot layer served with minced meat sauce and chopped black mushrooms.

Along with a cup of sweet and sour fish sauce, each plate of ‘banh beo’ is a quite interesting culinary experience at this venue. To protect consumer health, the Cham Restaurant limits seasoning on prepared dishes such as shrimp, squid, seafood, octopus, beef patties, pork belly, vegetable skewer and beef rolls.

While choosing dishes, if needed, diners will be guided by the restaurant’s staff to balance nutrient groups, such as protein, starch, fat, vitamins and minerals. For example, steamed wild boar, seafood, beef, pork ribs and chicken add protein, while tuna salad, grilled eggplant with minced meat sauce, and vegetables will help the body add fiber.

In addition to the rich menu and airy location that can accommodate 300 guests, the Cham Restaurant also impresses with its ‘bai choi’ (singing while acting as playing cards) performances and folk games.

While adults relax with friends and relatives, children can freely roam around in the air-conditioned space or swim in the outdoor swimming pool. In particular, this is also a rare culinary address in Da Nang that serves all dining services such as buffet, reception, office lunch or welcoming groups of visitors to the city.
