The Da Nang People's Committee has recently approved adjustments to the land allocation and lease policy for the construction of the FPT Da Nang Technological Urban Area (FPT City Da Nang) in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. Developed by the FPT City Da Nang JSC, the project covers a total area of 798,640m2.

In detail, land use fees are collected in respect of the allocation of 382,960m2 of residential land at the project.

One-off payment for the whole 50-year lease term is required for over 88,005m2 of commercial and service land.

Land lease fees are not collected as a total of over 327,673 m2 of land is allocated for transport, trees, water surface, and technical infrastructure. After constructing the project’s technical infrastructure, the developer must hand over this area to the local localities for management.

The project will enjoy a 50-year land use term, starting from 13 July, 2019.

The project, which is designed by the U.S.- based urban planning firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), is built at international standards, applying a smart infrastructure system and solutions in information technology, telecom, energy-saving and green technologies, and featuring commercial and financial centers, offices, hotels, entertainment and sports complexes, clinics, and a luxury residential area.
