The Da Nang Union of Literature and Arts Associations recently announced that 8 outstanding works have won the municipal-level Literature and Arts Awards 2017.

They are:

2 The lacquer painting ‘An Tuong Cham Pa’ (Impressions of Champa) by Nguyen Tuong Vinh

3 The song ‘Hoi Uc’ (Memories) by Thai Phu

4 The documentary film ‘Rung Xanh Va Suc Song’ (Green Forest and Vitality) jointly by Nguyen Hong Phong, Nguyen Mien and Xuan Quang

5 The artistic photo ‘Thieu Nu’ (Girl) by Nguyen Quang

6 The book collection of research into Quang Nam Province’s place names in Vietnamese folk verses of former Quang Nam-Da Nang Province by Ngo Van Ban

7 The performance of traditional Vietnamese musical instruments by artistes from the orchestra of the Nguyen Hien Dinh Tuong (classical drama) Theatre

8 The dance performance ‘Long Me’ (Mother’s Heart) choreographed by Le Huan from the municipal Dancers’ Association
