The restaurant’s highly impressive and eye-catching decor creates an atmosphere which is quite formal but still unpretentious, cozy, and elegant, giving its guests comfortable, and close-to-nature feeling.

In particular, 3-storey space is well decorated with 3 distinct styles named Tropical, Old Town, and Morocco, respectively. Moreover, the restaurant’s decorations catch customers’ attention with old-fashioned wooden tables and chairs, and especially, Japanese ceramic plates meticulously arranged in an artistic way on the wall.

Ms Truong Thi Tu Anh, the owner of ANs, said she lived abroad for 6 years previously, and realised that Western countries encouraged vegetarian movements because of its significances. It is believed that a vegetarian diet is one of the most effective methods of treating a number of diseases, as well as being an efficacious way to make one’s innermost feelings purer. This fact inspired Anh to open ANs in 2017 with the intention to change people’s culinary concept of people towards a more positive way.

ANs vegan food impresses its customers most thanks to its a variety of mouthwatering, nutrient-dense dishes made from such fresh and pure ingredients. The restaurant’s menu is a harmonious and creative combination between Asian and European vegetarian dishes.

In addition to traditional Vietnamese vegetarian dishes such as ‘cao lau’ (the foremost traditional food in Hoi An) and ‘banh cuon’ (steamed rolled rice pancakes), there are a wide range of such international vegetarian dishes as Thai curry, spicy udon noodle stir fry with shiitake mushrooms, Kimchi soup and Japanese sesame salad.

Each dish is priced at only between 35,000VND to 145,000VND.

After the meal, customers can enjoy a wide range of tasty drinks offered at very reasonable prices right at this inviting place. Notable amongst them are tasty coffee and such drinks as lemongrass lemonade, Chia seed herbal tea, and ginger lemon detox tea.
