Following recent instructions from Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, the local traffic police are increasing their checks on tourist coaches with foreign registration plates operating in the city from now until 31 December in order to detect and deal with any violations.

The focus is on checking transportation business licences of transportation service providers in accordance with the national traffic regulations, and the picking up/dropping off passengers at unpermitted locations.

Also, the local traffic police will check contracts on the transportation of passengers, the number of passengers onboard, the load carrying capacity of tourist coaches, and the installation of car black boxes in such coaches.
