The 7.5 million US$ logistics centre, developed by Nippon Konpo Vietnam Real Estate Co., Ltd, has been put into operation at the expanded Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, after 10 months of construction.

The project features a first-floor warehouse covering an area of 10,330m², 4 mezzanine floors with a total area of 15,145m², a 1,347m²-wide yard, offices, car garages, and other auxiliary facilities. 

Currently, Japan is Da Nang’s largest foreign investor with 183 projects worth 868.29 million US$ in total, accounting for more than 25% of the city’s total FDI capital.

Most of the Japanese-invested projects are performing well, showing off their active engagement in promoting technology transfer, human resource training, product diversification and competitiveness, and helping to accelerate the city’s socio-economic progress.
