According to leaders of Da Nang’s Thuan Phuoc Seafoods and Trading Corporation, 28 billion VND from their company’s welfare fund will be spent on paying Lunar New Year (Tet) bonuses to its staff.  Employees who performed their 2014 assigned tasks well will be given a bonus of at least 2 month’s salary.

In 2014, the company’s export turnover rose by 15% year-on-year to hit 105 million USD after exporting about 9,000 tonnes of seafood products.  The company’s post-tax profit was 40 billion VND.

To date, the company has created stable jobs for over 2,500 workers who each earn an average monthly income of 6 million VND.  This year, the company is aiming to earn around 110 million USD by exporting more than 9,000 tonnes of its products.
