The Da Nang Department of Police recently issued Decision No 621, which concerns general checks on the operation of cars with blue registration plates and white numbers and letters.  These vehicles belong to the local State agencies. 

The checks aim to ensure the strict compliance with regulations about the registration procedures and management of local road vehicles.  The focus will be on dealing with traffic violations as well as the illegal transfer of these vehicles’ ownership rights to local businesses or individuals.

From now until 15 July, police officers across the city will publicise their checks of all kinds of road vehicles.  From 16 July until the end of this year, local relevant agencies will impose penalties on any traffic violations.
