The Museum of Cham Sculpture is now home to more than 2,000 artifacts, and regularly displays more than 400 typical artifacts, especially 9 national treasures.

In 2023, the museum attracted more than 170,000 domestic and international visitors, an increase of more than 257% compared to 2022.

In November 2023, the Cham cultural space was officially opened to the public, creating a new highlight for the museum. Currently, on display at the space are about 150 artifacts divided into 6 themes, including daily life - religious beliefs, writing, costumes, musical instruments, festivals and traditional craft villages.

Visiting the exhibition space, Mr. Cuong Nguyen, a tourist from the US, expressed his impression on the cultural and artistic value, and the aesthetics of Cham people's costumes.

The diversity of displayed artifacts helps him and his family understand more about the cultural life and customs of the Cham people.

“Artifacts are introduced in Vietnamese and English languages and displayed with illustrations, so visitors can easily visualise. If the museum offers a service of renting traditional costumes of the Cham people for visitors to take photos and check-in, it would be more impressive," Mr. Cuong added.

Covering an area of about 10,000 m2 on the Son Tra Peninsula, the Dong Dinh Museum is one of the famous private museums in Da Nang. It attracts a large number of tourists to visit, learn about history and enjoy natural beauty.

The museum consists of four visiting spaces, including a fishing village memory area, two antique display houses and an ethnographic area. In particular, the fishing village memory space clearly, realistically and vividly recreates the life of fishermen in the ancient Nam Tho fishing village (currently known as Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District).

During the peak tourist season, the museum is an inviting place for young people to visit and take check-in photos.

Mr. Do Van Phu, a resident of Man Thai Ward, Son Tra District, said that this is the third time his family has visited to the museum. They are impressed with the cool green space there.

“The museum preserves not only cultural and historical values but also the peace, greenness and freshness of Son Tra mountains and forests" he said.

After only nearly a year of operation, the Non Nuoc Stone Carving Memory Museum in Ngu Hanh Son District has become an attractive destination for visitors at both home and abroad. Visitors to the museum will have the opportunity to learn about the formation and development process of the Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village.

Mrs. Tran Thi Linh, a tourist from Hai Phong, remarked that the museum is located near the Marble Mountains special national-level relic site, so it is very convenient for people and tourists to visit, experience and learn about local history and culture.

She voiced her hope that more interesting activities will be organised in the coming time in a bid to promote and lure more domestic and international tourists to the museum.

Mr. Le Van Hoa, Director of the Non Nuoc Stone Carving Memory Museum, acknowledged that the museum is a place to preserve the true values and "memories" of the famous stone carving craft in the city through each historical period.

He stressed the need for the museum to continue to work with tourism and travel firms to widely advertise its image to domestic and foreign tourists, thereby creating an impressive cultural tourism destination for the city’s sustainable development in the future.
