Swimmer Hoang Quy Phuoc from Da Nang has been chosen as the flag-bearer for the Vietnamese team at the opening ceremony of the 17th Asiad in South Korea’s Incheon City.  The event will begin at 4pm Vietnamese time today, 19 September.  Phuoc takes the honour for the second time, after the 2013 SEA Games in Myanmar, due to his remarkable achievements and his reputation in national and international competitions, as well as his good looks.
