The 17^th Da Nang Newspaper Cross-Country Running Competition will be held on the morning of 21 December starting from Son Tra District’s Eastern Sea Park. 

About 1,000 runners from the city’s departments, agencies, and organisations will descend on Pham Van Dong and Hoang Sa streets.

It is part of the “Whole People Taking Part in Physical Exercise Following the Great Example of Uncle Ho” campaign.  The event is being organised by the Da Nang Newspaper, who are appealing for sponsorship from local people and organisations,  and will be broadcast live on the DRT1 channel.

The event is expected to become a sports festival for the public, and it will provide an excellent opportunity to train talented local runners.
