According to a spokesperson for the Department of Transportation, traffic signs will be installed on 10 more local streets which indicate that 4-wheeled vehicles will only be allowed to park along them either on odd dates or even dates. 

The streets are Ly Thuong Kiet, Nguyen Du, Le Quy Don, Chau Thi Vinh Te, Le Quang Dao, Tran Bach Dang, Ngo Thi Sy, Hoang Ke Viem, An Thuong 2 and An Thuong 3.

Starting from early June, relevant local agencies will widely publicise the new traffic regulations amongst vehicle drivers. Administrative fines will be officially imposed on violators from the start of July.

In addition, such the vehicles will be prohibited from parking within 30m of the intersections of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Quang Trung, and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Le Duan from 6.30am to 8.00am, and from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
