International Vietbuild Exhibition 2017 opens until 23 April

The International Vietbuild Exhibition 2017 is taking place in Da Nang's 29 March Square on 2 September Street until Sunday 23 April.

This year’s event features over 600 stands of 180 domestic firms, 68 joint venture companies, and 41 foreign businesses.  The foreign participants come from Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia, France, China and Singapore.

Various products are being displayed, including building materials, smart electrical appliances, door and window systems, interior and exterior decorations, solar power machines and water pipeline system.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on Wednesday, the Chairman of the Viet Nam Real Estate Association, Mr Nguyen Tran Nam remarked that the event creates a golden opportunity for participating businesses to promote their trade activities, expand their markets and sign cooperation deals with their partners.

It also helps participating businesses map out their development strategies and enlarge their connections in various cooperation fields to improve the quality and designs of their products, making contributions to their market stabilisation and sustainable development.

Seminars and business forums are scheduled to be held within the framework of the 5-day event. 

Over the period, the 2017 Viet Nam Architecture Festival is also taking place in the 29 March Square.  As part of the event, the 2016 National Architecture Awards ceremony will be held at the Novotel Danang Premier on 21 April.  The intention is to reward 30 most outstanding designs and architects out of 120 entries that have been classified into different categories: housing, public buildings and architectural publications.
